We put together breakfasts and dinners during the week for guests of RBW. In keeping with the theme “Aged 10 years”, foods were pickled, aged and fermented. A sommelier led wine tasting featuring 10 year old wines was also part of the presentation.

Sustainability Initiatives: The menu consisted of locally sourced ingredients within the New York Area. All cutlery, serving dishes and glassware were reusable and all plates were made from biodegradable paper.
